Processing Time
All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
